Santhya Classes with our Giani Ji
These classes provide Reading for meaning.
The instruction is based on reciting the Gurbani correctly with due regard to grammar, pause at the right place in a sentence and understanding the contents.
The wealth of knowledge and richness of our Gurbani will be realized by attending the sessions held every Monday 4.30pm to 5.30pm.

Punjabi classes are held for children 5 years of age upwards every Sunday on the premises from 11:00 am till 12.30 pm.

Our objectives are:
- To provide Punjabi and Sikh Studies to both children and adults
- To provide guidance on ethics and morals of Sikhs
- To help individuals understand Gurbani.
Kundalini Yoga stimulates individual growth through systematic techniques that strengthen the nervous system and balances the glandular system (the guardians of health), for increased stability and vitality.
With Kundalini Yoga you can build a healthy body, improve mental concentration and develop a balanced mind no matter your age or physical ability.
Classes take place Wednesday Mornings 11:00am – 12:00pm (no more Monday Evening Classes)
